Just in case you were wondering what the title means, for those who took chem in jc, you’d remember that spdf are the 4 electron shells of an atom, which coincidentally forms the acronym of our names :) as peihan carefully pointed out a few years back. Well we couldn't fit Wei Zheng's name in, but he knows we don't mean anything bad.

Went to send David off at T3. It's my first time there btw and the place is really nice! When I think about the few of us still keeping in touch, naturally a tiny smile will appear on my face. It’s funny how a CCA brought us tgt, and the friendship still lasts even though we only spent 3 months tgt. I still remember Ning Fei saying that we probably wouldn’t contact one another after NS, how pessimistic. Moreover I absolutely hated chinese drama in secondary school, and now that I look back on how I remarkably became part of 黄城夜韵 against my will, every event after led me to become a Christian today :) the best thing that ever happened to me :)

I shan’t state the crazy things the few of us did that almost cost our lives, literally, haha. Those days were carefree and filled with laughter… As I told someone before, 可是我们又不能使时光倒流。岁月真无情，回忆只能回味。But if I had firmly held on to the past and not progress, I wouldn’t know what new people I’d meet. Or maybe all the ‘getting into character’ has made me more dramatic, haha. Hopefully we’ll come back safely from the trip in Australia this June, and Pei Han wouldn’t do something dangerous again. I’m looking forward to it :)

If Ning Fei and Wei Zheng goes to Beida this year, then it’ll be Pei Han and I left in Singapore :( which means we can’t meet up until they come back or we fly there, haha. Oh well. Despite the fun we have, real joy comes not from humans but from God :) It’s a sense of happiness and peace that will last even in tough times, and when even close friends or family members may disappoint, God never will. He's our pillar of strength and comfort :)
